I arrived in a panic at 7:20, office didn't open until 7:30, gentleman asked me right in while he got things started, he never made me feel like I was bothering him early even though I was feeling bad. GREAT customer service. I expected my car to be ready for the next day, it was 3 days later I returned the car. I called each morning and was able to extend my reservation with ease. Will surely use them again!!!
