I waited over a hour for help. Plus staff lay around talking to friends. Some people cut ahead. I dont understand why they have a digital screen showing what order customers are in when they change it to accommodate personal friends.
Horrible customer service. It really made me mad when the person who helped us at the end was the main one socializing with a friend for over 45 minutes. All that time she could have been helping out CUSTOMERS who was also waiting a long time.
