I made an appointment for a specific time with one of the tax preparers. I made the appointment because I have two small children and had to arrange childcare. When I arrived for my appointment, I was notified that the preparer was running a few minutes late. No problem, things happen. After waiting 15 minutes, the guy came out to tell us that he would be at least 45 minutes longer and wouldn't be able to "fit us in" before his next appointment. Incredibly unprofessional service H&R Block. I will no longer be a client of yours, nor will I recommend your services to anyone. Shame on you for treating customers this way.
