I have had the top hearing aid a BTE-RIC 5300 for a little over a week. So far, I am very impressed and happy with the improvement in my hearing. Dean and the other staff at this facility are very accommodating. They spend a lot of time with you listening to those areas where you are having difficulties so they can adjust your hearing aids accordingly. The entire office is very professionally run. It is easy to get an appointment and you receive reminders to make sure you don't forget. All in all a great experience and would highly recommend them.
