    The owner spoke to me in the phone and quoted the work to be done and then charged over 5 times that cost for something that took 15 minutes at most. He then tried to tell me that the phone time while we talked was also part of the cost yet I have never been told of this policy. The owner ended the conversation by hanging up on me. I would find another company.
